Company is generating income by cultivating Coffee, Pepper, Agarwood and Silver Oak trees. Coffee is a traditional crop of the region for over 450 years now and it promises annual income for 60 years. Pepper grows yields for 15 to 20 years. Agarwood contribute a major income at every 10th year. Silver trees mature to harvest between their 15 and 20th year. Rosewood, jack fruit and other timber trees are available for both own use and sale. Under the current taxation law, income from agriculture is non-taxable. Therefore, profit from your plantation is net income. If you build a holiday home, you can also rent it out when you’re not using it.
