The three types of properties being offered differ in terms of the variation in crop pattern, infrastructure and facilities, at different prices.

Property Type 1:

Property Type 2:

	Traditional-style holiday facilities with provision for feature expansion.
	A site of 4,000 sq ft is separately demarcated in the vicinity of holiday facilities.

Property Type 3:

	Five acres commercial plantation land.
	Moderately-yielding coffee and pepper with newly-planted agarwood and grown-up silver oak and timber tress.
	A guest house with provision for future expansion.
	A site of 5,000 sq ft is earmarked within the plot as an option to construct a home.
